on the appropriate spaces then start typing), and clicking the appropriate check
off boxes to add or remove checkmarks. Once you've completed the form,
print it (by clicking the printer icon on the Reader toolbar); then mail it along with your Membership check
(if you are renewing or joining) and your separate Foundation
contribution check (if you want to make a tax deductible contribution) to the League office at:

Please note that your LWVBAE
membership is also a membership in the
LWVUS, the
LWVC, and the
LWV Bay Area.
As we advocate for and against public policy issues (but never candidates for
public office nor political parties), dues and contributions to the LWVBAE are
not tax deductible. However, contributions to the LWVB Foundation are
deductible to the extent allowed by law.
