California Assemblymember Buffy Wicks represents California Assembly District 15 – Berkeley, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, and some of Oakland in Alameda County, and Richmond, Kensington, El Sobrante, San Pablo and Hercules in Contra Costa County. Wicks’ 2021 legislative package prioritizes some of California’s long-standing challenges, now exacerbated by the pandemic. The virtual town hall was a collaboration of LWV Berkeley Albany Emeryville, LWV Oakland, LWV Piedmont, and LWV West Contra Costa County, the four local Leagues in the area represented by Assemblymember Wicks.
