Please join the League of Women Voters of Piedmont on Wednesday, Dr. Mark Z. Jacobson a Stanford scientist who has transitioned to fossil-free living personally, and also happens to be a global expert on the technologies and policies that can deliver us from fossil pollution.

Fellow Bay Area resident and Stanford professor, Mark Jacobson has fully electrified his home.  He is also one of the most influential thought leaders advising cities, states and nations on the most effective policies and mechanisms to make the transition to 100% clean, renewable energy. Learn how to make this transition happen in your own life!

The series will serve to educate constituents on a range of important topics to improve our understanding of the causes (sometimes surprising), perils (sometimes not fully recognized), and solutions to ongoing environmental pollution and climate disruptions.
