The 69th State Convention of the League of Women Voters of California (LWVC) will be back in-person this year here in the San Francisco Bay Area! It will take place May 19 – 21 in the heart of San Francisco at the Hyatt Regency Downtown SOMA Hotel. Attendance at Convention is open to everyone, and LWVC encourages all members of the public to come learn about the League. You not only will be inspired and empowered, you will also be informed about participation in civic life. League delegates from around the state will elect a new LWVC Board and vote on the top political issues to emphasize at the state-level. Additionally,  educational workshops and caucuses will be held along with Drag for Democracy, a pro-democracy fundraiser that will feature an evening of top-notch performances for all to enjoy. Come out to meet and mingle with passionate people from across the state who are making democracy work!
