The Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA) and Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) are preparing for a $10-20 billion general obligation bond measure in November 2024. If this measure is successful, the funds could help build and preserve between 40,000 to 80,000 affordable homes across the nine-county region.
