The Environmental Concerns Speaker Series meetings are canceled for April and May of 2020.

April 2020 marks the 50th anniversary of earth day so we should all mark this important milestone by reading a relevant book.

One uplifting recommendation is “Braiding Sweetgrass” by Robin Wall Kimmerer. There are many others as well.

Environmental Concerns doesn’t schedule programs during the summer ( June, July, August) so the next possible meeting will be in September.

We will assess the situation late in the summer and decide what do to then.

Meanwhile we hope you and your family remain in good health.

We are fortunate to live in the Bay area where the weather is getting warmer, the days are longer and we can walk our dogs with a safe social distance.
