Nov. 15 is the Deadline to Submit Maps
You can tell the Independent Redistricting Commission exactly how you want the districts to be drawn by submitting a map. All maps will be considered – whether you include just one Council district in your map, or all eight.
- Use the free online mapping tool to create and submit maps. Watch the training video to get started.
- You can also submit paper maps with hand-drawn boundaries. Download and print a paper map, or pick one up from the City Clerk Department. They can also send you one by mail.
The deadline for maps is Monday, November 15. Submit your map in our online mapping tool, or deliver a paper map in person at the City Clerk Department, 2180 Milvia Street, 1st Floor, Berkeley, CA 94704.
Tell Us About Your Community
Keeping communities together in the same voting district is important. Use the online form to talk about your community of interest. Where is it located in Berkeley? What things do you have in common with your neighbors? Please share the form with your friends and neighbors (English/Español).
