This is the year that we will pass the Racial Justice Act for All (AB 256, Kalra). The landmark bill, which will extend civil rights in the courtroom to ALL people impacted by racist convictions and sentencing, is closer than ever to passing. We just need to secure enough votes in the State Senate and then earn the Governor’s signature. If you believe that justice delayed is justice denied, stay tuned for chances to support the #RJA4All this Spring.
Can’t wait that long? Use our action tool to contact your State Senator today.
