Jodie Van Horn, Director of the Sierra Club’s “Ready for 100% Renewable Energy Cities,”    will speak about the program, already being established in more than two dozen towns and cities in the US, at Northbrae Community Church, 941 The Alameda, Berkeley, in the Parlor Room. She will discuss local, national,and international efforts to persuade cities to commit to 100% renewable energy. The talk is part of the League of Women Voters Environmental Concerns Speaker Series.

The public is most welcome to this free event. Wheelchair accessible from the parking lot behind the church. Use the door to the south/left to enter the Parlor Room.
