THE LEAGUE’S FALL MEETING

With so many challenges to the voting rights and freedoms we have collectively taken for granted, it can be hard to sort through the misinformation and stay up to date with where we are in the pro-democracy movement in California and where things stand.

Join us Wednesday, October 21st, 6:30-8 PM for the League of Women Voters of Berkeley, Albany, Emeryville’s Fall Meeting. It will be an evening with local and state leaders to discuss this upcoming election and ways to get involved in democracy on the local level as we race towards November 3rd. The event will feature Albany Mayor Peggy McQuaid, Berkeley Mayor Adena Ishii, Emeryville Mayor Sukhdeep Kaur and League of Women Voters of California leadership.

Learn about the resources and recommendations for voting, and who to contact if you see or experience any challenges when attempting to vote. You will also hear about the key opportunities to remain engaged and vigilant in democratic action year-round.
